Francis is a graduate of Ghana Communication Technology University formally known as Ghana Telecommunication University College where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 2011. He interned at the Ghana broadcasting corporation where he worked in the West Africa Broadcasting Unit (WABU). This is were a team of technicians and Engineers are responsible for the day to day operations of the electrical and electronics installations of the corporation. He was also a facilitator in the ICT department in a technical institute in Ghana (Amedzofe Technical Institute). He joined TAHMO in 2020 as a field engineer who is responsible for the field operations in Ghana ie. Maintaining a network of weather and hydro stations across Ghana.
