The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) provides a very complete data set. 

 

AQUASTAT Climate information tool

This tool provides data for any location in Africa, even if no weather station is available. The site interpolates data using weather stations that are within close proximity to your inquiry. Simply click wherever you want on the map to access it.

The database used for the interpolation is the GPCC (Global Precipitation Climatology Center) database. The stations are shown on the following map.
