Whistleblowing is a vital component of maintaining transparency and integrity within the TAHMO’s management processes. Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of unethical behavior, non-compliance with regulations, or any other misconduct by TAHMO or any of its employees, contractors or partners via email@example.com. Whistleblowers play a critical role in identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate and can contribute to the continuous improvement of TAHMO’s activities.
This Asset Management Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for managing the assets of the TAHMO’s network of automatic weather stations (AWS) and hydrological monitoring stations (HMS) across Africa. The AWS and HMS in the network are from different manufacturers and are located in various countries. The AWS component may have different models or versions of the same component from the same manufacturer. The major assets tracked include automatic weather stations, hydrological monitoring stations (radar sensors, IP cameras, ultrasonic water level sensors, modems, loggers), rechargeable batteries (Lead Acid Batteries), AA-rechargeable batteries (AA-Energizer Batteries), and other environmental sensors. Major station components include Data Loggers, Sensors, and telemetry or Radio System.
TAHMO has a zero policy on money laundering or any illegal financial activities, and we are committed to being open and accountable. The anti-money laundering policy is applied to all employees including the CEO, Director’, contractors and subcontractors who are directly or indirectly working for TAHMO. We do not support money laundering or funding of terrorist or criminal activities. To avoid financial crimes, we follow all finance management principles to avoid financial risks and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations; both domestic and international laws to avoid money laundering.
TAHMO will not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery, it’s the duty of every TAHMO employee to reinforce this policy as well as respect the organization’s ethics and code of conduct.

TAHMO has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace and is committed to ensuring all its employees are provided with a safe work environment free from sexual harassment without discrimination. Disciplinary action will be considered if any person is found to sexually harass another person including termination of work contract from the organization.
