Toure’ Ibrahim Assoumane, originally from Mali, is a professional engineer specializing in renewable energy and environmental sciences, holding a Master’s degree in the field.He has participated in various training programs with agencies in Mali, focusing on technology, energy, and environmental sectors. He attended the National Engineering School (ENI-ABT).

In 2021, he joined TAHMO as a field engineer.
