David is a meteorologist from Kenya, with more than 35 years of experience. He retired from public service as a deputy director of Meteorological services and is now working closely with TAHMO as a consultant. He has been involved in programs and projects that aim to build resilience in communities that are vulnerable to climatic variations and other environmental disasters.  He has a deep interest in the development and expansion of meteorological observation networks through the adaptation of newer technologies.
